Stall and mobile sales commonly use cash, cards and QR payments. Business income received in cash and contact card or QR payments are recorded; cash is recorded even without personal contact.
A temporary internet outage does not mean sales must stop. Unsent data must be stored safely and sent without undue delay after reconnection, no later than 48 hours after the sale.
Regular operation and standard recording of actual sales start on 1 January 2027, while January is also a pilot period. A mobile stall is one type of reporting unit.
