EET 2.0 in practice
EET 2.0 for stalls, markets, festivals and food trucks
Stall and mobile sales commonly use cash, cards and QR payments. Under the current EET 2.0 proposal, these payments made in personal contact may be recorded just like those in a physical store.
A temporary internet outage should not stop sales. An unsent data message should be stored safely and sent after reconnection, no later than 48 hours after the sale under the current proposal.
Normal operation and real sales reporting should start on 1 January 2027, with full enforcement from 1 February 2027. A mobile stall may also be relevant as a reporting unit.

The POS solution should store an unsent sale safely and send it after reconnection, no later than 48 hours under the current proposal.
EET 2.0 uses the term reporting unit, which may include a mobile stall. The business will configure individual units in the Financial Administration system.
